Experience

Prior to becoming a therapist, I had a successful career in advertising and marketing, and have experience and understanding of working in a challenging, deadline-led environment.
I have a particular interest in managing a balance between life and work, and stress and emotional wellbeing in the workplace. Aside from my private practice, I have worked within advertising agencies as an in house staff counsellor, a wellbeing service at St Charles' Hospital and in Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust at St Mary's hospital in Paddington as a staff counsellor, in their staff stress management service, dealing with issues both personal and related to the workplace.
